#Roommates, there are some things just don’t do! A New Jersey substitute teacher became the ultimate Grinch after she let her entire first grade class know ain’t no Santa bih!
She then took things a step forward and let them in on a few more secrets, telling the group of kids not to expect the tooth fairy, or the Easter bunny to come hoppin’ around either!
According to @WashingtonPost, a substitute teacher at Cedar Hill School has been fired following her comments about Santa Claus and the other fictional characters. If you’re a parent or have young children in your life, then you know how much it means to kids to believe Santa brings them their toys every Christmas.
Parents of the students involved were VERY upset to say the least and took to a school forum to address what happened. The school’s superintendent #ReneRovtar said in a statement: “As a father of four myself, I am truly aware of the sensitive nature of this announcement.”
The substitute teacher was fired and banned from teaching at other schools in the same district. #Roommates, do you think the punishment fit the crime?
