Morant is just “a boy,” one of the dancers told the New York Post. The 23-year-old is currently serving a suspension after a second incident of brandishing a gun on Instagram Live in mid-May.

“I don’t foresee an apology soon — he’s a boy,” the dancer said of Morant. “I just wonder about how he’s still on the team,” another added.

A third similarly told the Post that Morant needs to be banned “from all clubs and (have) his NBA career taken away.”

“He’s clearly begging for attention and trying to be a baller — he should be banned from all clubs and get his NBA career taken away given our country’s current circumstances on gun violence.”
