#Roommates, Stevie J. has conquered the world of music and reality TV and now he’s set his sights on hair and makeup critiques. Following the most recent episode of “Love & Hip Hop Miami,” Stevie apparently wasn’t feeling how most of the ladies looked—and took to social media to air his opinions.
As a former member of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” Stevie J. is very familiar with what goes on behind the scenes. Perhaps that’s why he feels it’s only right for him to speak up regarding the hair and makeup of a majority of the cast of VH1’s “Love & Hip Hop Miami.”
Taking to Twitter, Stevie took issue with all the ladies’ hair and makeup looks except for cast member Premadonna, writing:
“Good morning! Ladies retire those lace fronts from love n hip hop Miami! Except PM. Fire hair and makeup immediately, have our beautiful Sisters looking nuts out here!”
It didn’t take long before cast members from the show expressed their own opinions about Stevie J.’s comments, specifically Trick Daddy, who posted a video calling him out from bashing women from Miami and also saying that he would “slap the s**t out you boy” to Stevie.
This led Stevie J. to post a follow-up video insisting that he meant no harm or disrespect in his comments, he just wanted to make sure that all the “Latina and black queens” on the show looked their best. He also noted that since his critique, he bets that the hair and makeup will definitely be better in the future.
Roommates, what are your thoughts on this?
