Stacey Dash’s Husband Claims He Was Allegedly Hypnotized Into Marrying Her & Wants Marriage Annulled

Roommates, the divorce between Stacey Dash and her estranged husband has taken a very bizarre turn. According to reports, Jeffrey Marty, filed new court documents in response to Stacey’s divorce petition asking a judge to annul the marriage—and he’s claiming being hypnotized as the reason.

Jeffrey Marty claims he only took his vows after soon-to-be ex-wife Stacey Dash’s pastor put religious pressure on him to do so. Marty says they got married on April 6, 2018 — but that’s only because 10 days prior, he claims her pastor “unexpectedly and suddenly proclaimed that it was God’s will” they get married.

He further alleges that his ability to consent to the marriage was hijacked by the use of “hypnotic prayer techniques.” However, he didn’t describe the techniques or how he was programmed to marry Stacey. He also says there was pressure from other clergymen to get married.

As for Stacey Dash, well she and her attorneys don’t fully admit to Jeffrey Marty’s claims regarding the hypnotism at all. They state that he didn’t show any unusual signs surrounding his mental state at the time of the marriage. Although, she is also asking for a traditional annulment and wants the judge in the case to grant the request as soon as possible.

Stacey initially filed for divorce from Marty back in June citing irreconcilable differences. This is her fourth marriage.
