Nikita has been released and is now safe. Thank you for respecting her privacy during this time.”
Here is what you should know about the events leading up to the arrest:
A Litt Night Gone Wrong
Nikita Dragun has been making her mark on the makeup industry for some time now. From makeup tutorials to fashion, since 2014 the transgender beauty guru never misses an opportunity to show up and show out. But it looks like instead of Nikita showing up and leaving Miami lit, sis ended up leaving in handcuffs along with a multiple charges.
According to TMZ, authorities say when they arrived at the hotel, security told them that Nikita had been causing a disturbance for a long time around the swimming pool. She reportedly was walking around naked and even threw water on the hotel security.
Arrested & Hit With Charges
When cops arrived at Nikita’s hotel room they were greeted with loud music. While security tried to give her another warning, she slammed the door in their faces. Cops say Nikita opened the door again and asked, “Do you want more?” They say she then swung an open bottle of water on security again which resulted in her arrest.
The influencer is now facing multiple charges. Following the incident, she was booked on a $5,000 bond for felony battery on a police officer, misdemeanor disorderly conduct and misdemeanor battery.
Previous Bipolar Diagnosis
Over the past few years Nikita has been open about her mental health struggle. She took to Instagram in October 2021 with a post titled “R.I.P. Nikita Dragun”
She writes: R.I.P. Nikita Dragun. I have had many rebirths in my life. Physically. Professionally. Privately. I have found myself, lost myself, then completely fell from knowing myself at all. Life will do that to you. The pursuit of fame, money, and grandeur will do that to you. The beauty in falling and losing yourself… is that there is always a choice to get your a** back up and start over. To rebirth yourself.
I need to lay to rest an old chapter of my life in order to birth a new one. One filled with gratitude, humility, and the valuable lessons learned from past mistakes. I have given so much focus to my external transformation, and now it is time to focus on my internal transformation. To pause everything and do the work to take care of myself mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I am thrilled to step into this new era together! I love you all so much, thank you for ur support.

In December 2021, she gave the world a glimpse of her struggles after reportedly being involuntarily held in a psychiatric hospital.
Slowly the influencer made her way back to the public eye. In a now deleted YouTube video, Nikita returned with a video discussing her bipolar diagnosis. She opened up about experiencing multiple manic episodes and how she broke down during a trip back to her hometown. Nikita had a huge smile on her face after sharing how happy she was feeling while working on her mental health, balancing the medications, and overcoming many struggles during this journey.

Look I want to celebrate Nikita Dragun getting arrested as much as the next they BUT it sucks so much that she’s in a male prison. She passes so well to putting her in there is a massive danger to her. And as much as I hate her she doesn’t deserve that.

Oh No! Many Rally To Get Nikita Removed Out Of The Men’s Unit
Just when the noise surrounding Nikita’s the arrest started to die down, footage surfaced of Nikita’s recent court case asking about her current placement in jail
Nikita: Your honor can I ask one question…. Do I have to stay here in the men’s unit still?
Judge: Yeah. I don’t make the rules up there, but
I check proper accommodation for you.
While many may not care for Nikita, a lot agreed & demanded the jail respect her gender identity and remove her from the men’s unit
Honestly unless Nikita Dragun had bottom surgery I think she belongs with the men. It’s harsh but with her still having a penis she should not be with the women. Remember when that one transgender impregnated the women in jail because he was on their side pic.twitter.com/lJ2rM2l8ye

Nikita can be a trash/toxic individual…but she’s still a trans woman and has no business being in a men’s jail. I hope she’s safe in there.
