North West hit the stage as Simba to celebrate the 30th anniversary of ‘The Lion King,’ and social media has weighed in on her performance.
The US Sun reports the 10-year-old made her acting debut at the Hollywood Bowl in LA on Friday, May 24.

North West Performs Live As Her Fam Cheers Her On
As previously reported by The Shade Room, North was chosen to act alongside special guests Jenifer Hudson and Jason Weaver.
The TikTok star’s family was in the building to lend their support. Her mother, Kim Kardashian, and father, Kanye West, cheered her on. However, her step-mom, Bianca Censori, didn’t make an appearance.
North’s grandma, Kris Jenner, also attended and captured footage on her phone. Furthermore, Kourtney Kardashian and her hubs, Travis Barker, supported their niece. Moreover, the crowd and the Kardashian-Jenner clan gave North a standing ovation at the show’s conclusion.
Social Media Reacts To North West’s Performance
Commenters under The Shade Room’s report were critical of the kid actor. Some Roomies stated children who were more talented but missed a great opportunity to perform.
@chocolatetonelove asked, “Why the outfit don’t really give lion?”
“The ‘Lion’ costume is sending me. That’s a Tweety Bird costume. They’re wrong for that,” @_keepingitclassy_ quipped.
