Social media is sharing reactions to Mya and Sisqo‘s recent performance at the “Queens of R&B” tour stop in New York City.
According to Ticketmaster, the “Queens of R&B” tour made a stop at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, July 24. The tour’s headliners include 90s R&B groups Xscape and SWV.
In addition to the headliners, the tour also features the likes of Total, 702, MC Lyte, and Mya. On Wednesday evening, Mya apparently surprised the crowd during her performance schedule with a surprise appearance from fellow R&B singer Sisqo.
In one clip circulating on social media, the pair performed their hit single, ‘It’s All About Me.’ The pair left NO crumbs with their performance, as their mics were definitely ON, and they came prepared to serve up a show.

Social media users reacted to the pair’s performance in The Shade Room’s comment section.
While Instagram user @iamnikitaknight5 added, “Mya & Ashanti never touched their body or face or had any scandals ! 👏🔥❤️ look how gracefully they’re aging. take notes!”
Additionally, reactions poured in on X, formerly known as Twitter.
Mya and Sisqo aren’t the only artists turning heads and making headlines with their vocals and moves. As The Shade Room previously reported, Usher received three Emmy nominations for his Super Bowl LVIII halftime performance, which occurred earlier this year.
At the time, Usher took the stage in Las Vegas for a performance that reportedly lasted around 15 minutes. Additionally, the singer donned multiple outfit changes while bringing out special guests such as Alicia, Keys, Lil’ Jon, and more, per The Shade Room.
According to The Shade Room, the singer will learn the fate of his Emmy nominations at the ceremony’s 76th annual event on September 15.
