Here’s Why Social Media Thinks Megan Thee Stallion Dissed Nicki Minaj

On Friday, June 28, Megan Thee Stallion released her latest album, ‘Megan.’

According to HipHopDX, the 18-track album is reportedly “laced with several shots” at Minaj. TMZ adds that the second track on Meg’s new album, ‘Rattle,’ features new bars allegedly aimed at Minaj.

On the song, Meg reportedly raps:

“Ain’t got no tea on me, this h* think she TMZ”

Meanwhile, HipHopDX adds that Meg also rapped:

“I wanted everybody right here with me/ But that was my fault, bein’ too friendly/ I was thinkin’ everything was all good/ But the whole time, you was my enemy… Damn, b***h, it been four years/ Worry ’bout your man and your kid/ Your life must be borin’ as f**k if you still reminiscin’ ’bout s**t that we did.”

The outlet adds that Meg’s lyrics appear to reference a 2020 song she was featured on titled, ‘WAP.’ HipHopDX then adds that the rapper also seemingly took a shot at Minaj bringing out fellow female rappers during her ‘Pink Friday 2’ tour stop in Boston in April.

“And I ain’t worried ’bout the bitter-b***h link-up/ Y’all h**s earned them seats in the fan club,” Meg reportedly rapped.

As The Shade Room previously reported, Minaj brought out JT, BIA, Katie Got Banz, Maliibu Mitch, and Akbar at the time.

According to HipHopDX, Meg’s alleged disses toward Minaj continue on the third track on the album, ‘Figueroa.’

“I’m a motherf*****g brat, not a Barbie/ On go with any b***h that wanna start it,” she raps.

To note, Minaj famously refers to her fan base as the “Barbz,” per Fandom.

A Brief Recap Of The Pair’s Last Rap Exchange

As The Shade Room previously reported, in January, the pair went viral after Megan released ‘HISS,’ and seemingly took aim at fellow female rappers for wanting to sound like her.

Soon after, Minaj took to Instagram Live to preview a song called ‘Big Foot.’ On the track, Minaj rapped about a rapper who won three Grammys but couldn’t “find” the beat. At the time, it was confirmed that Meg had previously been nominated for six Grammy awards and won three, per The Shade Room.

Additionally, Minaj mentioned someone who now uses their “good foot.” As The Shade Room previously reported, Megan Thee Stallion allegedly struck by bullet fragments in foot by a gun fired by Tory Lanez in 2020.

The apparent exchange concluded with Minaj officially releasing the track.
