Social Media Drags Yaya Mayweather For Stating She Didn’t Want Pooh Shiesty Played At Her Yacht Party—“Why Ya’ll Playing That Weak Song?”

Roommates, Yaya Mayweather is currently adjusting to motherhood following the birth of her newborn son with ex-boyfriend NBA Youngboy—but she recently took some time out to hang with her friends. During a recent yacht party with dozens of her friends (and baby KJ) Yaya Mayweather stopped all the fun in its tracks when she demanded that Pooh Shiesty’s song not be played in her presence.

Pooh Shiesty currently has one of the hottest songs out right now, “Bad Blood” featuring Lil Durk—but Yaya Mayweather showed that not everyone is a fan of the track. While partying on a yacht with her crew, she hopped on Instagram live to document the festivities, but things took a turn when she yelled several times that she didn’t want “that weak a** song” played.

“Why ya’ll playing that weak a** song for?,” she said. She followed that up with multiple requests to “turn it off.” Initially it seemed that her pleas were being ignored, but the song was finally turned off at Yaya’s request. Social media wasted no time dragging Yaya for her comments, with many calling her a hater.

As we previously reported, Yaya is still holding out hope that she and NBA Youngboy will reunite and actually get married. While on Instagram live recently, Yaya said in the video, “Let me tell ya’ll how I got the ring…still got it…still getting married if you ain’t know. Ask anybody, ask him, and that’s on period. That’s on Mary had a little lamb.”
