We are sending our deepest condolences to Snoop Dogg and his family as they are currently mourning the loss of his 10-day-old grandson, Kai.
Kai was the newborn of Uncle Snoop and Shante Broadus’ oldest son, Corde Broadus. Corde, who has two other kids—his son Zion, and his daughter Eleven—posted a video of baby Kai being cradled and showered with kisses in the hospital with a special message.
“My son Kai brought so much love and positivity into this world,” he said. “His energy will live on and these 10 days of love will always be special to us. Let’s all cherish life and those we love while we are here.”
Shante Broadus also posted a sweet message for her late grandson in an emotional video where she sang “The Love We Had Stays On My Mind” with tears in her eyes.
We will continue to keep the family in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
