Simon Guobadia and Porsha Williams are still duking it out in court over their divorce. In Simon’s latest court petition, he’s reportedly demanding Porsha explain herself on a couple of fronts. This includes the nature of her relationship with rapper Future and other men, per Radar Online.
Guobadia reportedly filed the paperwork on Friday (July 5). The outlet says the 60-year-old is requesting financial and intimacy information from his estranged wife. He wants her to admit she wed him “for his money” and “cheated” on him during their brief marriage.
“Admit that you have been sexually intimate with another person, besides your Husband, during the marriage,” the docs reportedly said. “Admit that you never loved your Husband.”
Simon is demanding answers to 26 questions in total. Williams has 30 days to answer them and to “admit” or “deny” 41 additional allegations. Additionally, Simon Guobadia wants Porsha to reconsider a prenup he signed, calling it “unfair” and “fraudulently induced.”
As for his inquiries into her ties, there are five men on his list. They include her ex-fiancé Dennis McKinley, Navyadius DeMun Cash (also known as Future), Kelvin Owusu Ansah, Jonathan Dupiton, and Ming Lee.
We must note that InTouch reported that a source denied Porsha personally knowing Future.
Williams first filed for divorce from Simon on February 22 in Atlanta, Georgia. At the time, it had only been about 15 months since they wed in a luxurious double wedding.
However, in March, she reportedly revealed to the court what inspired her to end their bond on paper.
“Wife shows that the news reports of Husband’s alleged immigration fraud, and what appeared to be an imminent threat of deportation, were shocking and affected Wife’s mental and emotional wellbeing,” the court petition said.
In a text message documented in the court paperwork, Porsha added that there were more than 1-2 reasons she filed. “…what is between us rocks our foundation to the core,” Williams’ text said.
Note that Simon Guobadia pledged in February that he “will stop loving [his] wife when the divorce is final.” However, that tune seems to have taken a drastic turn. In the last few months, there has been a wave of court filings on both ends, including tussles over their shared property.
In May, the estranged couple came for each other’s necks on social media.
