Safaree continues to make headlines as people discuss his parenting and relationship with his estranged wife, Erica Mena. The “Stunt Man” has been doing different antics he antics on social media for weeks, and it seems like every day it’s something new. Last night he released his new single named “Liar,” where he addressed a few issues with his estranged wife, among other things.
Just when it seemed like things were calming down, “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” started trending on Twitter after a clip of the recent episode showed Safaree laughing at his daughter Safire. In the clip, the toddler fell and hit her head on the floor. Instead of him and Erica immediately helping the child, Safaree laughed, and Erica moved a guitar that fell on their daughter, then picked her up. While she tried to console the child, she argued with Safaree for just standing around and watching Safire cry.
Some of the Roommates called Safaree for not being a good parent. Although the rapper says that he doesn’t give a s**t about the backlash he receives online, he decided to make a video on the ‘gram addressing what critics say about him. In the nearly minute-long clip, he thanks his mother for the way she raised him and stated that the same critics wouldn’t be able to handle the backlash that he receives. Safaree wasn’t finished. He even told folks that he was appreciative of all of the folks invested in his personal life. However, he did mention that it was cool and sick at the same time.
