Whew! Roomies, if unbothered was a person, it would probably be Safaree Samuels. Nearly a day after Erica Mena criticized Safaree for claiming that giving back is his “new purpose,” the rapper took to Instagram to post a few videos.
On Wednesday, August 14, Safaree Samuels uploaded two clips on his IG Story that show him vibing out and dancing along to Beyoncé’s ‘Sweet Dreams’ and ‘Ego.’
In both recordings, Safaree seems to be happy and enjoying life as he appears on an airplane.
The clips quickly made social media users question if this was his response to Erica after she went on a rant about him not showing up for their kids.
Several social media users responded to Safaree’s latest post in The Shade Room comment section.
Instagram user @twinsunisexsalontheglambar wrote, “He knows how to get under her SKIN😂😂😂😂😂😂”
Instagram user @thegreatrayray wrote, “The best thing Nicki did was leave this man 😭😂”
While Instagram user @keisha.keish_ wrote, “The most unbothered baby daddy on the planet.”
Then Instagram user @yonna.armani wrote, “I know she regret this man everyday 😩”
Another Instagram user @hollyw00d_fashion wrote, “I believe he loves his kids he just doesn’t like her.. Y’all doesn’t know what she is doing behind close doors. She loves to play victim. I’m just saying stop judging.”
Instagram user @waveologist wrote, “Erica : “YOU DONT EVEN CALL TO WISH YOUR KIDS SWEET DREAMS BEFORE BEDDD 🗣️”
Finally, Instagram user @hairmajician wrote, “Dead beats be living they best life. Must be nice 😂”
As TSR previously reported, Safaree recently posted a video of himself walking through Kingston, Jamaica, and giving money to children he passed.
Another video shows him announcing the launch of The Safaree Foundation, which will allegedly host a community giveaway in Jamaica at the end of August before school begins.
Erica Mena quickly reacted to Safaree’s charity posts via her Instagram. The reality star alleged that Safaree “has no idea” their children, Legend and Safire, recently started school.
Mena also accused her ex-husband of being “non-existent” in their kids’ lives and claimed his video in Jamaica was just for attention.
Additionally, Erica revealed that she missed her daughter’s first day of pre-K and felt “guilty” about it. She further claimed Safaree, in his Jamaica video and alleged charity work, also misses important dates in their children’s lives to spite her.
“And here I am feeling guilty because I wasn’t there due to work. And while I’m feeling guilty, m**** f*****s is out here trying to make the world believe that they actually have a charity because they care about other people’s children. How can you care about anybody else’s children when you don’t even care about your own?” Mena says in the video.
