Showbiz managers are usually entitled to 10-15% commission from gigs that they secure for their clients, right? Well, according to @Blast, ‘Star’ actress #RyanDestiny is being accused of stiffing a former manager.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Primary Wave Entertainment claims that Destiny was signed to them back in 2015 when she snagged her lead role on ‘Star.’ This means she was contractually obligated to run them that money, but she allegedly did not which is why they are suing her for an undisclosed amount of money.
They are accusing Destiny of breaching her contract despite continuing to “perform extensive services as her management firm.” Primary Wave just wants their money!
Yikes!
