Word on the street is Chris Brown and his baby momma, Nia Guzman, have reached an agreement when it comes to Royalty!
Sources tell TMZ that Chris and Nia have found common ground with custody and even baby Royalty’s name!
The parents have both agreed to joint physical and legal custody where the singer can look forward to seeing Royalty 12 days out of the month and he doesn’t need supervision anymore either!
Also in greater news for Chris, baby Royalty will be taking her daddy’s last name, officially naming her Royalty Brown with no middle name.
Now for the cons of the agreement, Nia will be getting $2,500 a month in child support and Chris has to pay another $15k in child support owed! Geesh!
Oh the bill doesn’t stop there either by the way.. The liquor singer has to also pick up the tab of all of Royalty’s basic neccessity bills which includes schooling, health insurance, babysitters and medical!
If the judge approves this agreement it would be in luck for Chris Brown because remember when we spilled tea that in order for him to see his kid he would have to take a drug test? Well his tests did come back positive for weed and codeine but TMZ was told all drugs were prescription.
