Men lie, women lie, but numbers don’t lie! Today Rolling Ray took a few moments to share a big accomplishment for himself! For the past weeks, Ray has taken to Instagram to share how his diss record, ‘BigPurrrr,’ aimed at Coi Leray, has been charting on iTunes. Fans have been downloading the song heavily, and the song has climbed up the charts. Ray shared that his song finally made it to the top 50 songs on iTunes! The song is coincidently two spots higher than Coi’s song, ‘Big Purr,’ featuring Pooh Shiesty, which caused a beef between the two recently.
Ray shared a video of the song with him on the cover art with the caption, “Top 50, but we ain’t number 50. I love yall like s**ttttttt.” Shortly after, Coi seemingly responded to Ray by sharing a tweet, “I have an amazing lawyer, let’s play.” Fans immediately thought that this was over Ray’s song. Ray took it directly to Coi and responded, “Well, tell them to bring me a coffee when we sit down at the table.”
Coi didn’t respond to Ray’s tweet, and she seems pretty unbothered because she shared social media photos and video of her and Pooh Shiesty at the ‘Big Purr’ video shoot.
Coi has been promoting the single heavily, and she is definitely coming with the heat with her looks for the visual. Sporting her signature knotless braids with curly ends while wearing a mesh leather one-piece, Coi wasn’t playing! Even fellow rapper Malibu Mitch showed her some love in the comments telling her she was killing everything.
We have all heard the phrase ‘there is no such thing as bad publicity’, and in this case, it may be very true. With the attention on Ray’s song, his fans have continued streaming, and he shared that the song has moved up to number 38 on the charts.
Roomies, which version of the song do y’all like better? Coi or Ray’s?
