It looks like Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna were able to come together and settle upon a new custody agreement when it comes to their adorable daughter Dream Kardashian.
According to E News, both Rob and Chyna came to a joint custody agreement back in 2017, however, that unfortunately fell through. Nonetheless, this month, they were able to settle upon a new agreement, which will allow them both to have physical custody through an alternating weekly schedule. Both Rob and Chyna have also agreed to share equal time over vacations and the holidays.
They also agreed to be drug-and-alcohol-free while Dream is in their care. As previously reported, back in January, Rob had requested primary custody of Dream and alleged that Chyna was a danger to her. He alleged that Chyna had been drinking and taking drugs and that their daughter’s behavior had changed for the worse due to Chyna’s parenting.
However, his request for primary custody was denied the following month.
Back in September, Chyna mentioned that her biggest flex was that she’s able to care for Dream and her son King without child support from either of their fathers.
At the time she said, “My biggest flex, just honestly, taking care of my kids by myself as a single parent, with no child support. So that’s my biggest flex. That’s the biggest flex, when I be like ‘yeah I don’t get no child support, wassup?'”
It’s great to see that Rob and Chyna were able to come to a new agreement.
