As previously reported, 195 American evacuees from Wuhan, China, who were evacuated to March Air Reserve Base in Riverside County, are now ordered to be under Federal quarantine for a total of 14 days, due to possible exposure of the coronavirus, have now been released.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Following a series of final screenings, all 195 Americans quarantined amid the coronavirus outbreak were cleared to leave March Air Reserve Base in Riverside County.
According Jamiee Fouss, the U.S. Counsel and also an evacuee stated,
“Today, as we took off our masks and were given the clean bill of health, we realized we had gone through the experience together. We made good friends. We kept ourselves busy with Zumba and art classes, school for children on base and trivia games. We tried to have as normal a life as we could.”
Of course, the evacuees are excited about going home and continuing their lives. Kim Saruwatari, director of public health for Riverside County stated,

The scene was a happy one, she said.”
It was also expressed, during a news conference that no one being released posed a threat.
Kim Saruwatari also stated, m“I don’t want someone to be attacked, ostracized or outed for being part of this testing group.”
Since news broke of the deadly virus there has been 13 confirmed US cases. Today, World Health Organization (WHO) has officially named the virus COVID-19.
Also, the Chinese doctor, Li Wenliang, who reportedly attempted to warn China about the virus has died.
