Rihanna is definitely about making better changes when it comes to the youth.
As the songstress performs at todays Global Citizen Festival in New York City, she is ready to make changes globally when it comes to education.
According to Rap Up, Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation has teamed up with Global Partnership for Education and Global Citizen to help ensure that children receive a proper education globally.
As ambassador Rihanna is hoping to be an advocate so millions of children throughout the world get a fair education. She is hoping to reach more than 60 developing countries, especially those with the most need.
In a statement she said, “I feel strongly that all children everywhere should be afforded the opportunity of a quality education. Therefore I’m proud to announce Clara Lionel Foundation’s partnership with education advocacy leaders like the Global Partnership for Education and Global Citizen. Working together, I know we can amplify our efforts and ensure that millions of children gain access to education globally.”
Earlier this year Rihanna also announced her new scholarship program through her Clara Lionel Foundation.
