Rick Ross’ Album Dropped From Walmart For Offensive Line

As if Rick Ross wasn’t already facing heat with his terrible album sales, things just got worse for the MMG mogul.

Walmart has reportedly pulled Ross’ album, Black Market, from its site because of a line Rozay made about assassinating presidential candidate Donald Trump, according to XXL. The line reads: “Assassinate Trump like I’m Zimmerman… Now accept these words as they came from Eminem” and it comes from the first song on the album “Free Enterprise” featuring John Legend. It was the subject of a complaint made by journalist Mark Dice who was offended by the line and complained to Walmart, Target, Amazon and even iTunes. Sounds like snitching if you ask me.

In a video posted on YouTube, Dice takes full responsibility for the album being dropped and even calls Rick Ross ‘pig ross’ and the “fake Rick Ross who stole his name and identity” …Major shade. He says we really need to get iTunes to stop selling the garbage.

The album only moved 65,000 units and was only number 6 on the Billboard 200 chart so it’s funny that someone would go out of their way to hinder it even more from being successful. But this isn’t Rozay’s first time being punished for his lyrics though. Remember when he lost his Reebok deal because of his line in “U.O.E.N.O” saying he put molly all in her champagne. Apparently this date rape line cost him millions!

We’re starting to think maybe he just doesn’t care. He’s making money from his label and other businesses and doesn’t seem to be bothered about the album doing bad. We wish him all the best!
