Congratulations are in order, #Roommates! After recently announcing that they were expecting baby number two, Ray J and wife Princess Love had a gender reveal to find out if they will be welcoming a boy or a girl.
Ray J and Princess, already parents to one-year-old daughter Melody, decided to share the sex of their new baby with a video of the gender reveal posted to social media. The couple took a trip to a helicopter base for the gender reveal, once in the helicopter either a pink or blue powder would be released to let them know if the baby was a boy or girl.
Princess admitted that she was nervous about bringing little Melody close to the helicopter because of the loud noise, so instead she and her daughter waited below while Ray J boarded the aircraft.
Once he was up in the air, Ray J filmed himself looking at the color of the powder reveal—which emitted a bright blue color to indicate that his new little one will be a boy. The couple initially announced their second child back in August via a family photo exposing Princess’s baby bump. The new baby boy is expected to arrive in January 2020.
Princess gave birth to their Melody back in May 2018. Following her delivery, Ray J posted an emotional message on social media that stated, “This has been life changing for me. To watch you go thru all of this for us to have this beautiful Ángel! I have so much more respect for u in so many new ways- you have humbled me to the highest level.”
