Back in July, Houston rapper #ZRo was arrested after his rapper girlfriend #JustBrittany sent police an audio recording of a brutal beating that he had exacted on her.
She had alleged that Z-Ro slapped her, beat her with a pistol and drug her around their home. You could also hear him saying some pretty insulting things in the audio.
Despite all of the evidence that Just Brittany had against him, a grand jury was not able to indict Z-Ro this Tuesday.
His lawyer Charles Adams told TMZ that he believes that the jury made this decision based on inconsistencies with the audio and Just Brittany’s written police statement.
