Loyalty is everything! Quavo and Takeoff, aka Unc & Phew, opened up about the status of the Migos and the possibility of the ‘Culture IV’ album. While speaking with DJ Scream on the Big Facts Podcast, the men were asked about ‘Culture IV’ and more. DJ Scream asked, “Speaking of just family, will there be more Migos? Will there be a ‘Culture IV?’ What is that space?” Quavo said, “I just feel like we want to see our career as a duo because, you know, we just came from a loyal family.” He added, “you’re supposed to stick together, but sometimes s**t don’t work.”
Takeoff chimed off, saying that they don’t know all the answers, but God does. “We pray a lot. Only time will tell. We’re always family ain’t nothing gone change.” Quavo touched on loyalty and explained that the issues with the group have nothing to do with their label Quality Control but everything to do with “the three brothers.”
Although Quavo and Takeoff didn’t throw any shade in the interview, it hasn’t stopped folks from wondering what happened behind the scenes. In August, QC’s CEO Pierre “Pee” Thomas shared a subliminal message about one of the Migos members.
According to Hip Hop DX, Pee took to his Instagram Story on Thursday, August 25th, and had Lil Baby read off the message seen on a piece of artwork behind him. “The show must go on,” Baby repeated while Pee laughed.
