Quavo is giving unbothered and unphased in what looks like his first public response to Chris Brown‘s diss.
As we’ve already told y’all, Breezy released ‘Weakest Link’ early Saturday (April 20). The track wastes no time name-dropping its target Quavo five lines into the first verse.
In two-and-a-half minutes, Breezy challenges the Atlanta rapper to test his gangsta, alleges he slept with his ex-girlfriend Saweetie, and implies everyone wanted Quavo to die instead of Takeoff.
Despite the name-drop and Chris’ attempts at major disrespect, Huncho’s response appeared mild. The Migos rapper took to Instagram Story to repost Young Thug wearing a straight face during his ongoing RICO trial proceedings. He didn’t include any text.
See Quavo’s post below.
Meanwhile, Saweetie has seemingly already made it clear her response is going to come from a booth!
As for Chris Brown, he’s still throwing shade Quavo’s way — and making a lil’ coin along the way. The singer-rapper is using all the talk surrounding ‘Weakest Link’ to promote a few pieces of his clothing brand Auracles.
The ad on his Instagram Story previewed a pair of cream slides, a t-shirt, and another item. Its text played on Chris Brown’s diss lyrics.
“Have you ever been considered the weakest link in your crew? Ever been bodied by a R&B singer? Ever wonder what it feels like to actually be fly af? If you or anyone you know has ever felt like this, get you a pair of Nami’s slides by Auracles…Come feel what its like to be wavy.”
Roommates, do y’all think Huncho will respond from the booth?!
