Today Grammy-winning producer Mike Will Made-It took to social media to reveal he and rapper Swae Lee, who is one half of rap duo Rae Sremmurd, had survived a nearly deadly car crash. It appeared that the two were out celebrating the new year from Swae’s Instagram story just hours before. Swae shared a message saying, “Happy New Year. I hope you get everything you deserve.”
However, 5 hours ago, Mike Will posted a series of photos of his white totaled Ferrari 812 Superfast that he and Swae were presumably driving in. Though the damage was severe, Mike said he and Swae walked away with minor bruises. He shared a photo on Instagram with the caption,” ME & SWAE WILLY MADE-IT OUT THIS MF ALIVE w JUST A COUPLE BRUISES. THANK U GOD, I’M PAYING ATTENTION TO ALL THE SIGNS. 2021 WE TURNING LEMONS TO LEMONADE ALL YEAR… WE COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD EASILY, BUT WE MADE-IT OUT WITH JUST A COUPLE BRUISES. WE HERE FOR A REASON. GOD BODY #rip812SUPERFAST 2021NOMOREHOLDBACKS.”
Underneath the post, he had many people showing love. Comedian and former “Wild N Out” star DC Young Fly left a comment saying,” Glad ya’ll boys good.” Also, fellow producer London On Da Track wrote, “Glad you’re good family.” Even Swae commented on the post, saying, “It ain’t our time.”
Swae also shared two graphic photos on his Instagram story as well. He appeared to have an injury around his eye because the photo showed him bleeding. He also posted a message stating,” Could’ve been,” and we can only assume he meant dead by the image of the car.
The men didn’t specify what caused the accident, but everyone is grateful that they are still alive and well.
