JT and Yung Miami gagged social media users when they exchanged heated words online on Monday (April 8). Plies is one of those users who took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his disappointment in what was going down.
“Bruh It Ain’t No Way I’m Witnessing Two Iconic Females Who Built Something SPECIAL Together Publicly Bumping Heads! It’s Cool To Have Differences But Not Publicly! I Felt The Same Way When Two Of My Favorite Male Florida Artist Was Doing It! We To Real For That! Ain’t No Way! #FL,” Plies wrote.
The Florida native added that publicly arguing with a former friend is not the best approach. Plies seemed to imply that Miami and JT should’ve kept whatever was going on off the internet streets.
“If U My Day One Or Somebody I Was Involved With(Personally)! I Don’t Care What We Fail Out About That’s Between Me & U!! If Anybody Ask Me About It I Rather Not Answer It B4 I Put Them In Our Business! Our Business Is Our Business!!! An I’m Gone Stand On Dat!!!”
As we previously reported, JT and Yung Miami exchanged heated words on X. The tussle began when JT reacted to a post that Saucy Santana made about Caresha addressing the Diddy-related allegations against her in a forthcoming TV show.
Yung Miami entered the X chat, alleging that “a b***h” has been “sneak dissing” her “for weeks.” Jatavia replied to her post with a warning about today being the “last day” Miami acts “dumb.” From there, the City Girls accused each other of switching up. Jatavia accused Caresha of being jealous of her and being an attention seeker.
Meanwhile, Miami claimed that JT was kicking her while she was down, dissing her on the songs ‘No Bars’ and ‘Sideways.’
The reactions are all over the place. Some fans claim they anticipated a brewing beef, given their hard pivots into individual music and entrepreneurial careers. While others are simply devastaed by what looks like the possible end of the City Girls’ sisterhood.
It’s been a hectic couple of weeks for hip hop artists and alleged feuds.
Kendrick Lamar, Future and Metro Boomin’ stirred the pot with the track ‘Like That,’ which seemingly came for Drake and J. Cole‘s necks. Cole clapped back with the song ‘7 Minute Drill’ on Friday (April 5), but just two days later, he apologized for the jabs he took at Kendrick.
Meanwhile, verbally tussling with Yung Miami was round two of JT’s recent beefs on X. Late last week, Jatavia and GloRilla exchanged heated words on the platform as well — dissing each other’s looks, fashion, music, and performances. At the CMT Awards on Sunday, Glo seemingly swerved further commenting on the back-and-forth.
Then, there was Meek Mill and Wale. On Monday, Meek blasted Wale on X for allegedly kicking it with the rapper’s “opp” after allegedly interacting with Mill’s son at Wrestlemania. While Meek put out over 20 posts about the situation, the ‘Lotus Flower Bomb’ singer kept his response simple.
