Roommates, things are getting heated between Quality Control Music CEO Pierre Thomas, and the mother of his child Lira Galore! According to new documents filed by Pee, Lira’s child support requests are “suspect”, and he asks a judge to step in.
In the documents, obtained by Bossip, Pierre asks the court to limit the amount of financial information that he is required to give to Lira in their custody and child support case. If you ask Pee, the amount of money Lira is requesting for an 8-month-old may not be necessary.
Lira lists some of her child support expenses as $2,400 a month for child case, $1,000 a month in clothing, $100 a month in grooming, and $500 a month in toys. According to Pee, he’s already given Lira copies of his last three tax returns, and doesn’t feel like he needs to give too much more–specifically, information about his assets.
“Such disclosures are not relevant to the issues raised in the above-styled matter and are being sought as means of harassment,” Pierre wrote in the court papers.
As we’ve previously reported, Lira and Pierre have been going back and forth in court, accusing one another of all sorts of neglect and violent allegations. In a filing prior to this one, Pierre denied allegations made by Lira, claiming that he was abusive to her during her pregnancy. He even clapped back, alleging Lira was physically abusive to him while using drugs.
Do y’all think Lira is doing too much with the amount she’s asking for? Let us know in the comments!
