Paris Hilton reportedly had a really clear message for those trolling her son, Phoenix, online.
“There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain,” Hilton reportedly wrote.
Most head-size critiques against the infant came after Paris gave her 24.9 million Instagram followers a peek at Phoenix’s first trip to her hometown, New York City.
For context, the photo, posted on Oct. 19, is still available on her profile. It features the mama of one holding sweet Phoenix in her lap as they both smile. While she dazzled in a sparkly black dress, her 8-month-old wore a neutral-tone Burberry ‘fit.

According to screenshots uploaded by TMZ and PEOPLE, Paris reportedly addressed the critics in the comment section of @stephwithdadeets. The TikToker pointed out some negative notes in a video nearly a minute and a half long.
@courtwann_ wrote, “genetically engineered to be a genius for sure.”
@allyrgies wrote, “Stewie?”
@sydneykern wrote, “You need to have your baby evaluated by a pediatric neurosurgeon, he has a pretty large fontanelle (soft spot) and macro crania, he would likely need a MRI or US to rule out a blockage of spinal fluid in his brain to be on the safe side.”

Fans Flood Paris Hilton’s Comment Section With Positive Comments
Most critical comments about the child’s head size are now overshadowed by positive comments, including clapbacks at those who teased the toddler.
Singer Demi Lovato wrote, “OMG!!! So precious!!” while Cassie dropped pink hearts in the comment section.
@raising6lewises wrote, “She was so kind to share a precious photo of her son with us. I don’t understand why people have to make fun of him or make comments about the way she is holding him.”
@felicityegginton wrote, “What a beautiful boy!!! Also, I am so ashamed that there are so many adults here bullying not alone Paris but her son, who is a baby. Remember, if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all.”
@lucyaragon wrote, “Are you that miserable that you feel the need to bully a baby? If you think it’s ok to harass an infant and his mom, I feel sorry for you.”
Paris Hilton Delivers Message To Folks Critiquing Her Son
On Monday, Hilton shared an excerpt of video content for her new cookware line. The TikTok video highlighted her love for her fans.
“I watch everything and just wanna say thank you so much to all my fans. I love you guys so much. You are the reason that I do what I do and just reading your comments and watching your videos and hearing what you say means the world to me. I feel so lucky to have the most incredible fans in the world and thank you all for loving and supporting me for so long. You guys are my fam,” Hilton said.
By Monday afternoon, the pop culture icon released a more pointed message for the critics via her Instagram Story.
“Living life in the spotlight, comments are inevitable, but targeting my child, or anyone else’s for that matter, is unacceptable. This hurts my heart more deeply than words can describe. I’ve worked hard to cultivate an environment that is all about love, respect, and acceptance, and I expect the same in return. If I don’t post my baby, people assume I’m not a great mother, and if I do post him, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I’m a proud working mom, and my baby is perfectly healthy, adorable, and angelic,” Hilton wrote.
