Okay! Target To Hire 130,000 Workers This Holiday Season

Alright #Roommates, if you’ve been trying to figure out how you’re going to fund your holiday season expenses, you’re in luck because Target just put out a hiring call and a lot of people will have heavier pockets.

While we’re still waiting on the official start of the fall season to begin, @Target is getting a head start on the holiday season. The popular retail chain just announced the plan to hire 130,000 workers for the holiday season this year. However, the best part of all of this is that all positions start at $13 an hour or more!

Melissa Kremer, Chief Human Resources Officer, explained the process of seasonal hiring at Target:

“We’re so excited to start welcoming our new seasonal hires, and give them opportunities to train and prepare with the rest of our team as we head into the busy holiday season. Getting an early start with those preparations made a big difference for us last year, and it’s a great way to get the entire Target team pumped up for the most fun and exciting time of the year.”
