Comedian Katt Williams is currently dealing with an overload of court cases. There’s been so many ludicrous charges against him recently that at times it’s hard for us keep up. But thankfully for him, this story is about a dropped charge rather than a new one.
According to TMZ, Katt’s attorney filed a motion to revoke the bond for his case, in which he allegedly threatened and attacked his bodyguard, Corey Dixon for being incompliant to his demands.. The charges were for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and false imprisonment.
The hearing took place in Hall County Georgia on Wednesday.
The comedian nor the three subpoenaed witnesses were in sight so the prosecution was left with no other than to revoke the motion.
