On Sunday, North Korea attempted to fire a missile–the day after the anniversary of its founding–but it exploded in the air within a matter of seconds.
Vice President Mike Pence wasn’t pleased with the attempted missile launch, and said North Korea shouldn’t test President Trump.
“Just in the past two weeks, the world witnessed the strength and resolve of our new president in actions taken in Syria and Afghanistan,” Mr Pence said.
“North Korea would do well not to test his resolve or the strength of the armed forces of the United States in this region.”
It doesn’t seem like North Korea is bothered because they’ll be “conducting more missile tests on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis,” Vice Foreign Minister Han Song-Ryol told BBC news.
He continued and said that an “all out war” would go down if the U.S. took military action like they did in Syria.
Hopefully the U.S. and North Korea are able to solve these issues without resulting to violence.
