Roommates, if you have a little one in your life then you know sneaker shopping for kids can get a little complicated. Outside of how cute little baby shoes are, they can also get a little costly if you’re trying to keep up with shoe sizes that feel like they change every day.
Well for those parents out there that want to make sure their kids stay laced, it looks like Nike has created a solution for y’all!
The sportswear giant is launching a whole subscription service specifically for kids shoes called the ‘Nike Adventure Club.’
The news is timed perfectly as it’s back-to-school season and parents are scrambling to make sure their kids are starting the new year off on the right foot (pun intended). So here’s what you need to know about the subscription. The shoes are for children ages 2 through 10 and had three different subscription options.
According to Nike’s announcement, the subscription will offer 4 pairs of sneakers a year for $20 a month. A second subscription for six pairs of sneakers for $30 a month OR 12 pairs of sneakers for $50 a month. That’s a new pair every month okay!
Parents and kids can choose from the selection of 100 sneakers. That’s not a bad deal Roommates! The idea could also be a launch pad for doing the same type of subscription for adults, obviously at different price point but the idea could remain the same. Imagine a world where you can get 12 sneakers a year for a fixed cost? That definitely would make putting an outfit together much easier. For all of our fashionista out there, this may change the way you shop for shoes y’all!
