It looks like the divorce between Dr. Dre and his estranged wife Nicole Young has taken yet another interesting turn. This time around Nicole Young has formulated another plan to get their prenuptial agreement overturned.
According to Daily Mail, court documents reportedly claim that Nicole is trying to force three of Dr. Dre’s alleged mistresses to speak out. The three women that she is trying to subpoena as witnesses are Jillian Speer, Kili Anderson, and Crystal Rogers, who is also known as Crystal Sierra.
However, all three women are fighting against Nicole’s attempt to subpoena them. All of the women have reportedly hired Kris LeFan to help stop the subpoenas. On Tuesday, a motion to stop the subpoenas was filed and stated that none of the women have “information relevant to the enforceability” of the pre-marital agreement.
LeFan said, “Any extra marital affair would be irrelevant because California is a no-fault divorce state and in a pleading or proceeding for dissolution of marriage or legal separation of the parties, including depositions and discovery proceedings, evidence of specific acts of misconduct is improper and inadmissible.”
As previously reported, initially when Nicole filed for divorce, it was believed that she and Dre had no prenup in place. However, when he responded to her filing, it was revealed that there was in fact a prenup. However, Nicole claimed that she was pressured into signing the prenup, and said two years into their marriage Dre tore up the prenup after allegedly admitting that he felt ashamed for making her sign it.
Nonetheless, the saga continues as Nicole and Dre move forward with their divorce.
