Chris Brown is currently in a standoff with the LAPD, and his baby’s mother, Nia Guzman’s lawyers are claiming that their daughter Royalty, was in the house during the alleged assault.
E! News is reporting that Nia’s lawyer, Carl Anthony Moore, said that Royalty was taken to school earlier this morning, and Nia picked her up to take her to a ‘safe place’ after news broke of the alleged assault.
On the other hand, Chris’ attorney Mark Geragos says, “That is categorically untrue. She [Royalty] wasn’t and isn’t here.”
If you remember, we recently reported that a judge denied Nia full custody of Royalty, and also ordered her to repay Chris the $20,000 he was ordered to pay her for her attorney fees.
According to NBC News, Chris could face up to three years in a California state prison if the LAPD can prove that he was in possession of a gun.
Many believe that Chris Brown’s accuser Baylee Curran is lying, and or over exaggerating what actually happened in the home.
The police are still at Chris’ house as they speak and search the guests in front of this driveway.
