We’ve seen Chris Brown and his child’s mother Nia Guzman go back and forth in court when it comes to their little girl. Now it looks like this time around Guzman is the one who has to pay up.
According to TMZ, the two were battling in court as Guzman was looking to get full custody of their 2-year-old daughter Royalty Brown.
She requested full custody, she wanted Chris to be monitored during his visitations, she wanted to deny Chris’ mom the right to see their child and she wanted Chris to submit drug tests.
However, the judge denied each of her requests. The two still share custody of Royalty and Chris will still get to see her 12 days a month.
In the meantime, the judge ordered that Guzman repays Chris the $20,000 he was ordered to pay her for attorney fees when she first filed the legal documents for a change in custody.
Guzman also had a separate hearing for child support, where she was looking to get nearly $16,000 a month opposed to the $2,500 she currently gets. However, she has since dismissed her support petition.
