Well this is what happens when you have two separate relationships.
According to the Philly Voice, Leroy “Blast” Bill Black passed away on Tuesday due to lung cancer. Friends and family learned of his passing the traditional way, which included an obituary placed within the local newspaper.
However, when they looked in the paper they saw not one, but two obituaries announcing his death. Both obituaries were placed side by side. One was written by his widow Baretta Harrison Black and the other written by his “longtime girlfriend” Princess Hall.
A representative from the funeral home responsible for his arrangements said that both women were aware that the obituaries would be separate because “the wife wanted it one way, and the girlfriend wanted it another way.”
His funeral will take place today (August 7th) so hopefully everything will run smoothly as they celebrate his life.
Nonetheless, we send our condolences to the Black family.
