It looks like Naya Rivera is off the hook when it comes to her recent domestic battery charge.
The actress was arrested during Thanksgiving weekend for allegedly attacking her husband Ryan Dorsey.
According to TMZ, Kanawha County Magistrate Court’s office in West Virginia revealed that Rivera’s charge was dropped last week Friday. Prosecutors say the case was dropped because Dorsey no longer wanted to move forward with pressing charges.
Sources say that the couple had been arguing over their 2-year-old son.
Shortly after the incident, Rivera filed for divorce.
