Remember Nadya Suleman, the woman who became known as “Octomom” after becoming pregnant with eight children at once through in vitro fertilization (IVF)? Well, her octuplets—Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Nariyah, Josiah, Jonah, and Makai—just turned 14!
The Family Celebrated Over Doughnuts, Go-Karting, & Pizza
Nadya, who also goes by Natalie, uploaded a photo on social media to commemorate her kids’ 14th birthday. The octuplets are all together on a sofa, with each child proudly holding a doughnut.
After wishing each of them a happy birthday, Nadya referred to the children as “some of the most loving, thoughtful, conscientious, and humble human beings.” She also warmly noted that she’s “blessed beyond measure to be [their] mother.”
“Happy 14th birthday to Noah, Maliyah, Isaiah, Jeremiah, Nariyah, Josiah, Jonah and Makai! You are some of the most loving, thoughtful, conscientious, and humble human beings I have ever known. The struggles we’ve endured over the years, have strengthened our connections to one another. By facing new challenges in the years to come, I hope we will continue to grow as a family. I am blessed beyond measure to be your mother. I love you.”
Additionally, the Daily Mail reports that the children celebrated the occasion with a fun day of go-kart racing in Orange County, California. According to the outlet, they specifically hit up an establishment called K1 Speed, and they went out for pizza afterwards.
We should also note that—in addition to the octuplets—Nadya has six older children (four sons and two daughters), with her oldest reportedly being born in 2001. However, the mother of 14’s other kids weren’t shown in any of the pictures of the birthday festivities.

It Was Quite A Journey Over The Past 14 Years
Nadya rose to prominence after giving birth to her octuplets in 2009, earning her the nickname “Octomom.” She delivered the children in a Los Angeles County hospital, and CBS News reports that the state of California ultimately opened a probe into the case, as she admitted to having a doctor implant eight embryos into her womb.
In the years that followed, Nadya faced a couple of different ups and downs, and she even starred in a well-known adult film. In 2014, she was hit with welfare fraud charges, though she avoided serious time by repaying about $26,000, USA Today reports.
However, it looks like things are going well for Nadya and her children.
Shoutout to the Suleman octuplets, and we wish them well as they continue to grow up!
