It looks like MTV is trying to bring back the early 2000’s with a modern twist. We all remember the network’s hit series MTV Cribs, as we got to go inside the homes of some of our favorite celebs to see exactly how lavish they were living. Except for that classic episode with Red Man!
Now it’s looking like MTV will be bringing back “Cribs”, but in a different way. Instead of watching the series from your television, you can now catch the cribs of your favorite celebrities on Snapchat.
With a more personal touch, celebrities will take the camera themselves to show off their cribs to fans via MTV’s snapchat. Cribs is scheduled to make it’s return and it’s introduction to Snapchat in June with Mac Miller, Austin Mahone and Travis Mills.
Other revivals we can expect from the network include MTV’s Unplugged, which allows artists to perform their music acoustically in a more intimate setting with their fans. No word if it will appear on Snapchat as well, or on other MTV platforms.
