A fan believes that Meek Mill is responsible for him getting injured in a shooting at one of his concerts back in 2016. Therefore, he is suing the rapper.
According to TMZ, the shooting took place on December 30, 2016, right after Meek Mill’s concert at the Oakdale Theater in Wallingford, CT. The shooting took place in the venues parking lot. Two men were killed, and two others were injured.
Dylan Thomas was shot in the leg, and he blames Meek Mill for the incident because he was the one in charge.
Thomas also added that violence had previously erupted at Meek Mill’s shows, therefore more security should have been present at that time.
Roc Nation has also been named as a defendant in the lawsuit, alleging that they allowed “thugs” to remain on the premises after they displayed disruptive behavior.
The family of one of the victims who died previously sued meek Mill. They claimed the presence of “thugs” is what led to the shooting. Meek responded to the suit and said that the “thug” reference was racist.
Roommates, what are your thoughts?
