It looks like Matt Barnes just scored a win in his child support case against his ex Gloria Govan.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, the judge has ruled in the favor of Matt Barnes to lower his amount of support. He was reportedly paying $20,000 per month for his two sons with Govan.
However, he reportedly said now that he is retired from the NBA, he can no longer afford to pay that amount. He argued to lower his support to $7,500, which is $3,750 for each child, and the judge agreed.
According to the site, the reduction is only temporary as Barnes and Govan continue to work out their many issues.
On the other hand, Barnes has even more to celebrate. On Saturday, he announced the birth of his third son Ashton Joseph Barnes, with his girlfriend Anasa Sims.
