Mary J. Blige has launched her highly anticipated boot line with the luxury brand Giuseppe Zanotti.
THE SOURCE reports the singer made the announcement at her concert on May 11 at the Barclays Center in NYC.

Fans have been suggesting and begging the 53-year-old for years to create a bootline. At her ‘Strength of a Woman’ festival, the entertainer shared the good news with her fans. She referred to her Guiseppe-made shoe as the “Mary Boot.”
During the concert, the artist asked the audience if they liked the boots she was wearing and revealed they would be available for purchase on May 11.
“Everybody that’s been asking — there ya go. Happy Mother’s Day!” she told the crowd.

The “Guiseppe for Mary J. Blige” boot is an over-the-knee length design with a statement block heel. The finish is a beautifully mirrored rose gold. The boots retail for $1,295 and are available on the Guiseppe website and in their Atlanta location.
According to THE SOURCE, The Primetime Emmy award winner recently explained: “Boots have always made me feel strong.”
The Queen of Hip Hop Soul reportedly commended Giuseppe for making her “idea a reality,” stating they “understood what [she] wanted.”
In return, Zanotti reportedly spoke highly of the Grammy winner, saying, “Mary is fierce, and she has a strong personality and unique sense of style.”
