The lineup for VH1 continues to grow, and it looks like they will be adding a new talk show to the program.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, former Huffington Post and CNN contributor, Marc Lamont Hill has been named the host of the network’s new late night talk show.
The new series “VH1 Live!” will feature Hill interviewing some of the most popular VH1 stars, as well as recapping some of the most talked about moments from the network’s multitude of popular shows. Along with his own spin on entertainment and gossip news.
Aside from getting the rundown on some of our favorite shows, fans will also get to participate in the show through social media. It will follow Amber Rose’s weekly show, “The Amber Rose Show” which is also expected to premier this summer.
“VH1 Live!” will be produced by the company Embassy, which is responsible for Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live”.
“VH1 Live!” premiers on Sunday July 17th at 10pm EST
