Okay brace yourselves for this one #Roommates! The man who shot at George Zimmerman back in 2015 during a road rage dispute was just sentenced to 20 years in prison…Say What!
According to TMZ, Matthew Apperson, was convicted back in September for attempted 2nd- degree murder. He claimed he shot at Zimmerman in self defense near his home in Lake Mary Florida but the jury didn’t see it that way.
What’s interesting about this is that he was also convicted for armed aggravated assault, and will serve a concurrent 15 year sentence for that charge!
