It has only been one day, but already so many people miss the former first family inside of the White House. Nonetheless, each member of the Obama family is gearing up to work on some great things post White House.
Malia Obama, will soon begin her journey at Harvard University in the fall. However, before embarking on her college journey she has reportedly landed an internship with Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein of the Weinstein Company.
The company is known to produce some of the biggest films in Hollywood.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, a source revealed that Malia is expected to begin her internship in the New York office in February, following the former first family’s vacation.
This is not Malia’s first internship with a major Hollywood company. She also interned in New York on the set of the HBO hit series, “Girls,” and also in Los Angeles on the set of Halle Berry’s CBS series, “Extant.”
It is unclear what department Malia will be working in, but a source says she may be in either marketing or development.
