However, there are two MAJOR things wrong with this case. Not only was there a lack of evidence, but her sentence is the second most severe penalty permitted by law in America. The U.S. Sentencing Commission has determined that the guidelines in which she was sentenced are flawed. Obama even spoke up and said that this woman does not deserve to die in jail.
