More actors are still being added to the cast for USA’s series “Unsolved: The Murder’s of Biggie and Tupac,” and three big names have been added to the cast to help tell the story.
According to Variety, Luke James, LeToya Luckett, and Aisha Hinds have will join the series in some pretty important roles.
Luke James, who most recently starred in the BET biopic, “The New Edition Story,” will play the role of Sean “Puff Daddy” Combs. While singer/ actress LeToya Luckett will play the role of Sharitha Golden, who is now Suge Knight’s ex-wife; and Aisha Hinds who stars on WGN America’s hit show “Underground,” will play Biggie’s mother Voletta Wallace.
Previously it was announced that Wavyy Jonez would be portraying Biggie Smalls, and Marcc Rose, who starred as Tupac in the 2015 film, “Straight Outta Compton,” will reprise his role.
“Unsolved: The Murder’s of Biggie and Tupac,” will be told from the point of view of former LAPD Detective Greg Kading “who led multiple law enforcement task forces investigating the murders.”
Kading was involved with the script for the pilot and also serves as an executive producer for the series.
