Congrats! Ludacris Receives His Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame Alongside All His Daughters

Ludacris received his star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Thursday (May 18) in a special moment he shared with his daughters and friends.

The 45-year-old rapper-turned-actor smiled in photos alongside his four girls. Candace, 7, Cai, 9, and Karma, 21, all posed with their famous dad in a series of family group shots. His youngest, 21-month-old Chance, was pictured in the arms of her mother and Ludacris’ wife, Eudoxie Bridges.

Luda was also pictured alongside several of his co-stars, past and present. Vin Diesel, Queen Latifa, and LL Cool J were just some of the big names that turned out on Thursday to give Luda his flowers.

Diesel delivered a touching speech during the rapper’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony before introducing a surprise special guest: the rapper’s daughter, Karma.

Luda was stunned at his daughter’s appearance, and the pair exchanged a heartwarming hug after she honored her famous dad in an emotional speech.

Luda On Whether He Ever Expected To Have His Own Star On The Hollywood Walk Of Fame

When asked by Variety if he ever thought he would have his star on the Walk Of Fame, Luda scoffed.

“Get the f*** out of here. Not because a star was not possible. I don’t think that I could have seen that far down the line. When it came to music, I had blinders on at that time because I knew that I had so much to prove.”

He said he has the best jobs in the world,  a “rock star and a movie star.”

“Now, I have much to prove in film and music — the two most sought-after dreams in the world, rock star and movie star. I’m loving it.”

Ludacris Talks Being””The Ultimate Girl Dad”

However, the honor comes as the actor looks to pivot into the””ultimate girl dad”” according to Luda himself. In an interview with PEOPLE earlier this month, Luda recently opened up about being a family man.

“We play a lot of games, 100%, and that’s exactly why Rice Krispies’ approach means so much to me,” he told PEOPLE. “They know that I love playing games, I’m a love-to-laugh type of guy. We play everything from Pictionary to Kids Against Maturity and Uno. We love having fun together.”
