The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has reportedly shared whether Skai Jackson will face charges following an alleged domestic violence incident.
According to a report published by TMZ on Saturday, August 17, the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office has reportedly explained that they are “declining to file charges” against Jackson.
This is reportedly because the 22-year-old reportedly “has no criminal history, the alleged victim lacks injuries, and he’s refused to cooperate with prosecutors.”
Social media users reacted to the office’s update on Jackson in The Shade Room’s comment section.
Instagram user @imkentravion wrote, “I bet you can’t tell skai nothing now that she experienced life in the holding cell”
As The Shade Room previously reported, last week, TMZ revealed that Jackson had been arrested for domestic battery. At the time, Jackson had reportedly been at the Universal CityWalk with her boyfriend in California.
The report alleged that an argument sparked between the couple, and Jackson allegedly pushed her boyfriend multiple times.
Furthermore, after the incident, Jackson was allegedly detained and cited for misdemeanor battery. The star was reportedly jailed for a few hours before allegedly being released.
To note, amid TMZ’s initial report, rumors surfaced alleging that Jackson is currently pregnant. However, the actor has not publicly confirmed or denied the speculation.
