Meanwhile, Roddy Ricch doesn’t appear to have any posts on his Insta featuring his only child. As of Tuesday, it also seems like the rapper deactivated his account.
This brings us to Allie’s claims in the custody and support filing. Allie reportedly slammed Ricch for his alleged lack of involvement in Kadence’s life.
“Since his birth, I alone spend 98% of the time with him while Rodrick lives his life without any regard to his parental obligation or responsibility to spend time with Kadence. Rodrick misses important holidays with him, including this past holiday season. Instead, he took his friend to Dubai and the Maldives on a pleasure trip. I was hurt to find out on Christmas Eve when he came back from his trip that he hadn’t gotten or planned anything for our son for Christmas,” Alexandra claimed in the filing.
The filing also said:
“Recently, he moved into the gated compound where he as leased the house where our son and I currently li e and has only spent 3 full days with Kadence thus far and that has been since January/early February. I don’t know the exact date becasuse Rodrick hid the fact that he moved down the street from us, had a party with his entire family in attendance and his son was not. He now asks if I could move after I expressed to him that I felt uncomfortable about the way he moved into our gated community, just mere houses from us, and then tried to keep it a secret.”
Allie Kay says Roddy has refused to pay for her and Kadence’s home while “giving minimal and inconsistent support.” Not only that, Roddy allegedly wants his son’s mother to vacate the premises on her dime and pay for a car he leased as a birthday present for her in June 2020.
Kiser also claimed Roddy, legal name Rodrick Wayne Moore Jr., is affiliated with a gang and abuses drugs.
“Rodrick Moore is gang affiliated. He has been arrested on a gun charge, domestic violence and regularly indulges in promethazine [lean] use, all of which are concerns for myself and our son,” she wrote.
In 2019, police arrested and booked Ricch for felony domestic violence. He later posted a $50,000 bond, but whether Allie Kay was the girlfriend he allegedly forcibly grabbed was never confirmed.
Per The Blast, Ricch tapped Samantha Spector to represent him in the proceedings, but Radar Online says the “The Box” artist hasn’t responded to the filing in court.
